Despite our attention and commitment it can happen you have a complaint about our services. If you have any complaints, we would prefer to hear this from you, so we can work on finding a solution together.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>You can be sure that we always take your complaint seriously<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Submitting your complaint gives us the opportunity to work with you to find a solution<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>It also helps us to ensure the quality of our care and services<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"if-you-are-not-satisfied\">If you are not satisfied<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>You can leave your comment, suggestion or complaint to your practitioner or the receptionist. You can contact us by telephone <strong>(020 47 13 137)<\/strong>, <a href=\"mailto:klacht@lassus.nl\"><strong>or send us an email<\/strong><\/a>. We then discuss your comments internally with the responsible persons concerned and we will contact you within three days.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"complaints-procedure\">Complaints Procedure<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>We are trying to find a solution together with you. If this is not possible then it might be good to know that you can use the KNMT-complaints procedure where we at are connected.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The complaints procedure of this dental professional association complies with the requirements set out the law Clients care sector each healthcare provider. The KNMT can mediate or proceed to a formal treatment of your complaint and a judgement. The complaints procedure of the KNMT is free of charge.
