De sinusholte daarboven kan worden beschadigd als een implantaat wordt geplaatst. Een procedure die een sinuslift wordt genoemd, kan bot aanbrengen en het stabiel genoeg maken om een implantaat te plaatsen. Eerst wordt een toegangsopening gemaakt in het gebied boven de ontbrekende tand, waardoor synthetisch of steriel botmateriaal kan worden geplaatst. Met de gecre\u00eberde toegangsopening wordt het sinus membraan voorzichtig omhoog gebracht, terwijl het botmateriaal eronder wordt ingepakt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Een genezend membraan wordt over de toegangsopening geplaatst en het gebied wordt gehecht en de tijd gegeven om te genezen. Gedurende deze tijd stolt het botmateriaal onder de sinus en past het permanent in uw natuurlijke botweefsel. Als het gebied volledig is genezen, heeft het bot zijn oorspronkelijke sterkte en stabiliteit teruggekregen en kunnen verdere procedures zoals een tandheelkundig implantaat worden gestart.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Copyright \u00a9 2018 Spear Education.
